The fantastic world of Swagbucks!
What is Swagbucks you ask? Swagbucks is a search engine that is powered by Google.com and Ask.com. If you use a search engine (like Yahoo or Google) you might as well be getting something for doing it. Using Swagbucks, you will be able to get prizes and gift cards! It is super easy to use and free to join. Just click here, and sign up.
Every time you go to Swagbucks to search, you can earn "swagbucks". These "bucks" can be used to buy Giftcards or prizes! You will receive a few Swagbucks just for signing up and can earn 10-15 or more Swagbucks every time you search! I usually win about 3-5 times a day. When you win, a Swagbuck pops up at the top of the screen where the search information you were requesting is located. Your odds of getting higher value Swagbucks are greater on Fridays.
You only need 450 Swagbucks to redeem a $5 Gift Card from Amazon. (You can use more than one E-gift card at a time at Amazon. That equals FREE stuff!)
It is very easy to make Swagbucks user friendly. You can set it up as your homepage, or you can set up the search bar at the top of your screen to search using Swagbucks. It doesn't get much easier!
Once you have signed up you can invite other friends to become members under your referral link, and when they win YOU win! There are many other ways to win extra Swagbucks, so check out their website after you have signed up.
I have a button on my blog here to the right -----> see click it and sign up!

From the mouths of Babes...
So Seamus said his first words!
Other than "Mama" and "Dada" of course. When I make pancakes I add fresh fruit to boost the nutritonal aspect of the carb saturated pancake. I make banana pancakes a lot because he seems to like those best.
Well a couple of days ago I made said pancakes and when I announced that "Banana pancakes are ready!" He yelled, "Nana oohgakes!" which to me is "Banana Pancakes!"
So there you go folks, "Nana Oohgakes!"
And of course here are some cute pictures of Seamus to satisfy your craving!

It's been awhile, but Seamus at almost 9 months...
So, my lil monkey is nine months old (almost) now! He is sooo much fun to play with and he is larning so much!
He can finally crawl! He started a couple of weeks ago, I really was worried that he was going to skip that step but he didn't! Yay!
He is also eating a lot of solid foods now. He loves fruit. I bought this little net popsicle thingy that I can put cut up fruit in and he mashes it up, so it kinda oozes out of the netting, gross but effective. So he's had bananas, strawberries, pear and a couple of raspberries out of that thing. He also eats rice, eggs, noodles, pancakes, french toast, pizza crusts(great for teething on), broccoli, cucumber, celery and the gerber graduate snacks in addition to his oatmeals and baby mush! The kid loves food!

Seamus is so smart! If wants a snack while we're in the car he'll raise his arm up and belt "Baaaaaaah" or "Mahma". I give him a lil crunchy and he smiles and shows me his lil teeth. :) I'm such a proud Mom. He strated cruising too. He'll slowly make his way from the couch to me to his play table to daddy to the other couch, by then he's tired and doesn't make his way back around.
Gloria, John's mom takes Seamus every wednesday. She is amazing with him! They had hundreds of foster kids over the years and she knows just what to do when it comes to teaching him colors and what not.
Which leads me to this story:
Last week he was with Grammy Glor, she has these fisher price plastic eggs a red one, a blue one and a yellow one. They break in half and have these little felt yolks inside. Well Grammy lined all of the eggs up, while they were in halfs, handed Seamus half of the red one and he grabbed the other half of the red and tried to put them back together! She thought "Wow!" maybe it was a fluke so she shuffled the colors and he grabbed the red one again! So nowit was a test, she put the halves in a basket, with the red one at the bottom. He rooted through the basket and found the red one again! Heehee! My monkey is so smart! :)
Seamus says Mama and Dada indescriminatly and "Oooooooooo" when he sings along. He gives kisses almost on command and can stand free no hands for about 10 seconds!
Anyway, that's enough of that. I'm sure that you all care soooo much about my son's developmental progress. Love you all and until next time :)

Happy Birthday Papa!
To celebrate my papa's birthday and his memory this year we got together and played a round of mini golf across the street from my Aunty Lynns house. As we were playing everyine kept saying how they knew Papa would be enjoying this if he were there. I hear his laugh everytime one of us blew a shot completley or when the little girls pushed the balls al the way to the hole. I felt him there with all of us. And when I managed to get a hole in one I heard him say Whoo-hoo, laugh and clap. I miss my Papa very much. He was the leader and the light of our family. The holidays were hard without him but we made it through. I love you papa!
Here is GGMA golfing away!
Vesper pushing her golf ball to the hole!
Mom and Jim. This hole was hard because it was on the hill. Our balls kept rolling down!
Ciara and her crabby face. I wonder what John said?
Seamus golfed too!
Here is all of us!
